That's why Martha Clement Rochford of Highland Words Communications and Peggy Trabert Ilacqua of Ilacqua Creative Services work as a team, writing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for Messner’s brand and communication goals. Much of the strategy depended on an overhaul of MessnerCarpet.com. Martha and Peggy brought differing, complementary talents to the project.
We wanted to highlight what makes Messner stand out, and create something that would resonate with existing and future customers. We concentrated on a few simple Messner facts: the strong business and stellar reputation; a highly ethical corporate culture; top-rated customer service; and a tight, highly professional team with a lot of personality. So in addition to celebrating our client’s market advantages, we had the privilege of promoting Messner’s unique assets: their values, the Messner customer experience, and the team.
We developed the site with improved navigation and functionality, new images and a fresh design, and robust content that adds value to site visitors and reflects the company spirit. We’re improving SEO with sub-pages rich in useful information and designed for frequent updates, and we’re using social media to drive traffic.
