For 60 years, the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) has been the premier member organization of the world’s top executive search and leadership consulting firms. President and CEO Karen B. Greenbaum directed her leadership team to refresh AESC’s communications to reflect the new focus and energy of the association and its members.
The Assignment
Martha Clement Rochford at Highland Words Communications was selected by the AESC to capture the voice and values of the association and its global membership in six cornerstone publications. With leadership from the President and CEO, collaboration with the leadership team, and insights gained from AESC Members the project was completed to member accolades in six months.
The Impact
The impact? Resounding endorsement of the updated Code of Professional Practice and Standards of Excellence, full support for the AESC’s statement on diversity, enhanced member engagement, and AESC effectively positioning the profession and AESC membership as the right choice for clients and candidates of executive search.
